Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization regarding Electronic Medical Record (EMR) planning and implementation matters.
  • Support the organization's Medical Informatics department operations at BAU.
  • Serve as the organization's representative for EMR change requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations and 3 years of experience in managing a team.
  • Post-graduate training in relevant topic/specialty will be an advantage.
  • Experience in IT project management and clinical systems implementation is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant application training at Certification/Proficiency level, competency in Microsoft SQL, and prior experience in the data production life cycle will be a bonus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and openness to learning new skill sets (domains or tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Passion for continuous learning and a self-directed learner.
  • Agile and adaptable to volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environments.
  • Able to multi-task.
