Description
• Analyze and standardize medical and non-medical questions across New Business and POS underwriting to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop aligned and comprehensive application forms
• Identify redundancies or gaps in new business forms and proposed streamlined solutions
• Support underwriting -related projects, including attending project meeting, planning and prompt delivery
• Develop in-depth understanding of business processes, articulate use-cases, user-stories & requirement documents/ change requests for identified features/ capabilities for applicable platforms and projects
• Review business process flow diagrams with Business Analyst to ensure comprehensive documentation
• Support administrative duties assigned by team leads by ensuring the set service standard and quality checks are adhered to
