IC Design Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive the frontend design that includes Microarchitecture, RTL design, and Design Verification.
2. Establish processes and automation, and be responsible for high quality, on-time tapeouts.
3. Drive interlock meetings between functions. Collaborate closely with Architecture, Software, validation, and product/application teams.
4. Coach and mentor team members; RTL and Design Verification engineers.
5. Manage budget and resources.
6. Schedule different design reviews and track design metrics.
7. Interact and support customers as needed to debug any issues or product presentations.

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in IC Design team management and technical hands-on.
3. Preferably having experience in Microarchitecture, RTL design, Design Verification, and Chip Program Management.
4. Experience in full cycle SoC design tapeout.
