Senior Manager, Sustainability

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Sustainability to lead and drive sustainability initiatives across regional markets. This role involves managing sustainability reporting, guiding teams toward achieving sustainability goals, and overseeing green building certifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sustainability efforts across regional markets, including data consolidation, reporting, and achieving sustainability goals.
• Develop and manage sustainability-related content for the company’s Sustainability Report, Annual Report, and corporate communications.
• Engage with local vendors, assess building asset performance, and recommend sustainable building solutions with a focus on CAPEX vs. ROI.
• Manage and guide green certification processes (e.g., Green Mark, CASBEE, NABERS) and international standards like GRI, GRESB, and CRREM.
• Audit building performance, propose certification strategies, and implement innovative sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sustainability, engineering, or related fields.
• Strong project management and implementation skills for building solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Experience in consulting or real estate is preferred.
