ACCOUNTS & HR EXECUTIVE

The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team at Ecorigin Investment Pte, Ltd. in the Woodlands North Region. As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the company.

Key responsibilities

1. Perform general accounting duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting
2. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reports for management and regulatory authorities
3. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
4. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures
6. Provide administrative support to the finance team as required
7. Handle HR duties from time to time
8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
9. Proficient in Mandarin (understanding, speaking, and writing)

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in a small to medium-sized enterprise
3. Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. SAP B1) and Microsoft Office Suite
4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards and regulations
8. Meticulous
