Loan Tele Marketing Exe/Manager /Banking (East/Office hours)

1 - 4 years of relevant experience in Tele sales or Call center

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls
• Manage sales closures of lending and credit card portfolio related products
• Understand and manage the loan product and customer queries

Sales Driven:

• Able to achieve KPI

Knowledge/Experience:

• Education - GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma, Degree Holder
• Speak efficiently and professionally to premium clients
• 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in Tele sales or Call center
• Experience within customer service, call center preferred
• MS Office - Microsoft Excel
