Role
- Lead all recruitment activities from sourcing, process management, and post-offer consultative services to talents/organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Become an expert in current market/industry trends and job functions.
- Provide professional advice/information to both clients and candidates on the latest market and industry trends.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline with work experience, preferably in the recruitment industry/sales and business development.
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experienced recruiters/candidates will be considered for Senior/Lead roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to think outside the box.
- People-oriented.
- Ability to thrive within a high-performance environment.
