Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) 1 year contract (ID: 665323)

Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Officer (1 year contract).

Job Scope:

• Attend to customers as a contact point, handle queries from the Service Hotline as well as from emails.
• Deliver a professional, prompt, and high-quality service experience to customers and internal stakeholders over emails and walk-in.
• Respond and resolve customer queries related to our products, spare parts, service schemes, and schedule service appointments, liaise with Authorized Service Contractors, in-house technicians, and coordinate with them to resolve issues arising from service appointments.
• Work and coordinate together with inter-departments to resolve any issues related to products and services.
• Perform simple troubleshooting to identify the issue to ensure that customers are attended to effectively.
• Target-oriented and able to meet KPIs set by the company.
• Make outgoing calls to customers.
• Resolve complicated/escalated issues.
• Open to cover Customer Care Centre and serve customers when the need arises.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the hiring manager.

Requirement:

• Open to commit to a 5.5 days work week.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’/‘N’ Level, with 1–2 years of call center or frontline customer service support functions.
