Freight Operation Manager

Benefits Summary:

• Freight Operation Manager
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $5,500 + AWS + VB
• Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am - 1:00pm)
• Location: Changi Airport Region

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the operations department, leading a team of 10 staff members.
• Ensure seamless daily operations for both air and sea shipments.
• Address and resolve issues and challenges faced by the operations department.
• Uphold and maintain proper discipline within the operations team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be familiar with Singapore Customs, airlines, and shipping lines.
• Must be self-motivated and independent.
• Must have a pleasant personality and show initiative in work.
• Must possess strong leadership skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, handling both air and sea imports and exports.
• Must be proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office.
