Internal Audit – Country and Fraud Auditor

What an Internal Audit – Country and Fraud Auditor does at HP:

1. Independently operate at Specialist level on operational, country and fraud audits which are typically focused on processes and controls at a market or country-level.
2. Develop an in-depth understanding of processes/functions to be audited.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to independently identify potential issues, summarize findings, and communicate improvements.
4. Support the Internal Audit fraud team on investigations where assistance might be required.
5. Conduct complex research and data analysis for various audit/fraud projects.
6. Stay abreast of leading practices in auditing procedures, accounting regulations, and internal control procedures.

Are you a high performer? We are looking for an individual with:

1. First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
2. CPA, CA, CIA or CFE.
3. Typically, 4+ years of experience.
4. Exposure to domains such as Audit/Risk/Fraud/Forensics/Investigations.
5. Systematic understanding of internal audit policies and operating principles.
6. Strong risk assessment and scoping skills.
7. Solid financial and business acumen.
8. Strong project management skills such as planning, execution, and communication.
9. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
