Job description

About the Role

Xcellink is working in partnership with the Public Service Division (PSD) to hire HR Systems Analysts for a major Whole-of-Government (WOG) HR and Payroll (HRP) system implementation running on SAP HCM.

This role focuses on modernizing and transforming HR and Payroll processes to drive productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate with government agencies and PSD teams to design, develop, and optimize system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

HR System Implementation & Enhancement:

  • Translate HR policies and business needs into SAP system solutions and improve existing processes.
  • Oversee enhancements and maintenance of the HRP system to ensure efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies or add-ons to optimize HR processes.

User Experience & Change Management:

  • Ensure an intuitive User Experience (UX) and translate UX requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, ensuring a smooth transition for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management:

  • Collaborate with government agencies to understand HR requirements, address gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Work with consultants and PSD teams to align system solutions with policy objectives.
  • Manage project milestones and drive initiatives using data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • HR Enterprise Systems:
    • Experience in HR Information System implementation and maintenance.
    • SAP HCM (ECC or HANA) experience is preferred.
  • HR Policies & Processes:
    • Strong understanding of HR policies and the ability to integrate them into HR systems.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to assess issues strategically and propose user-centric solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Ability to collaborate with government agencies, gather feedback, and propose effective system solutions.
  • Project & Change Management:
    • Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills to drive project success.
