Job scope:

• Leading a team of speech therapists.
• A Principal Speech Therapist (Clinical) manages specialty areas of clinical services and continuity of care for clients.
• Responsibilities include assessing and treating clients with a wide range of swallowing or communication disorders, evaluating and implementing programmes, planning and developing new clinical services, leading inter-department initiatives, and providing clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.
• The individual should possess leadership skills and be creative, assertive, collaborative, observant, and systematic.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in speech therapy or other relevant certification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a speech therapist.
• Good leadership qualities.
