BIM Modeller

1. To perform modelling and coordination of MEP System.

2. To perform detailed 3D design of equipment, pipelines, instruments, pumps, and tanks based on P&ID and PFD.

3. To perform development of BOM (bill of material) based on 3D model.

4. Produce shop drawings for pumps, tanks, piping, and electrical.

5. Support the consultant team to ensure deliverables are within schedules.

6. Perform clash analysis and chair BIM coordination meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and other related parties to resolve disputes.
