Physio & Sole Clinic is a leading homegrown practice integrating the best of Physiotherapy and Podiatry. Our mission is to deliver high quality care to our patients through effective communication and ethical clinical practice. We have 10 locations across the island. To assist with the expansion of our clinics, we are growing our Operations function.

About the role:

• Manage day-to-day employee-related issue
• Manage on-boarding and departure of employees
• Oversee pass application and issuance matters for all foreign employees
• Manage all matters involving government organisations including the Labour Department (Ministry of Manpower) and other affiliated organisations
• Prepare all employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use
• Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents
• Exercise sound understanding of the Employment Law in order to make sure all HR procedures are executed properly and in no violation to the statutory requirements
• Manages leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves
• Staff welfare management
• Assist in HR related grants
• Execute all other tasks as instructed by Senior Manager/ Director

Requirements

• Able to speak fluently and write English to communicate with colleagues/ relevant officers from organisation
• Previous experience/ knowledge in Human Resource
• Have basic/intermediate competency in Google Sheets/ Excel
• Able to work independently
