Sales Support Executive (Basic up $4000/ Freight Forwarding)

• Salary: $3500 - $4000
• 5 Working Days: Mon- Fri
• Office Hours: 9am-6pm
• Working location: 5 Clementi Loop
• MNC Logistic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement new & existing Sales Initiatives in the country.
• Identify administrative processes within the Country Sales Organisation and work together with the Regional Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these activities.
• Train new Sales People in basic Sales Processes and CRM processes.
• Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality.
• Analyse weekly/monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.
• Support Governance of Country Sales Incentive Plans including audit and review of Bonus & Commission payments.
• Support sales target setting process for individuals within the country.
• Prepare management updates and reports for the Regional Sales Leadership Team.
• Support Sales Team while working on bids and submitting their proposals.
• Work on ad-hoc requests by the sales team (e.g. sending out Quotations).
