Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Assist in payroll process - calculating OT, leave application, medical claims, etc.
Prepare and coordinate worker’s work pass application/renewal/cancellation.
Training course registration, training grants application, and manage training records.
Support recruitment process with job postings and interview arrangements.
Maintain and update HR database and records.
Filing, photocopying, and scanning of relevant documents.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
Must be a team player.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" level / "A" level or equivalent.
Able to work independently and multi-task.
Computer literate in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel).
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position, but consideration will also be given to applicants with no working experience.
Proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks.
