Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to drive design excellence across the company's digital platforms and marketing initiatives. This leadership role combines oversight of the UI/UX design team responsible for web and mobile app design, with the management of the graphic design team responsible for a wide range of visual assets, including event key visuals, logos, banners, posters, and more. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing exclusive client events aimed at high-net-worth individuals, as well as overseeing both internal and external company activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design Leadership:

  1. Lead and manage the UI design team, overseeing the design of web and mobile applications, ensuring that the company’s digital experiences are both user-friendly and aesthetically engaging.
  2. Contribute directly to product design by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that reflect the needs of users and align with business goals.
  3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously refine and optimize user interfaces.
  4. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure designs are seamlessly integrated into products.
  5. Maintain consistency and quality across all digital products, ensuring a cohesive design language and visual identity.

2. Graphic Design Leadership:

  1. Lead the graphic design team, taking full responsibility for the company’s visual design initiatives, including but not limited to event key visuals (KVs), logos, banners, posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
  2. Ensure all graphic design work aligns with the company’s branding and overall creative direction.
  3. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling visuals for online and offline campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  4. Create and manage the company’s graphic design assets library, ensuring that all materials are easily accessible and up-to-date.

3. Event Planning & Execution (High-Net-Worth Client Activities):

  1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of an exclusive series of activities and events targeted at high-net-worth clients, designed to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Coordinate internal and external events, ensuring that they are designed and executed flawlessly in line with the company’s objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to ensure all events have strong visual elements, including event branding, invitations, and promotional materials.
  4. Manage logistics and oversee creative processes for all event materials, from digital invitations to venue design and event collateral.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership:

  1. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to both the UI/UX and graphic design teams, fostering a collaborative, creative, and results-driven environment.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and contribute to company success.
  3. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and design workflows, ensuring that deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the team maintains a cutting-edge design approach.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of experience in both UI/UX and graphic design, with at least 4 years in a leadership or team management role.
  3. Proven experience in designing for web and mobile applications, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX and graphic design work.
  4. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
  5. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  6. Experience in leading and mentoring design teams, with the ability to foster creativity and achieve business objectives.
  7. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity with practicality.
  8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience designing and executing visual materials for high-net-worth client events or luxury brand initiatives.
  2. Knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.
  3. Experience working in Agile development environments is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
