Building Technician (LEW) /& Aircon Technician

1. Building Technician / Rotation Shift / CBD

• With LEW certificate (Up to $4,500); Without LEW certificate (Up to $3,500)
• Working hours: 3 rotating shifts
• Shift hours:
  Morning – 7am to 4pm;
  Afternoon – 2pm to 11pm;
  Night – 10.30pm to 7.30am (Night - $14/night)
• Attending to customers' enquiries, needs, and complaints
• Perform preventive, breakdown support & maintenance for M&E services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
• Ensure all LEW documentations are completed and filed in accordance with regulatory standards.
• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or related field

2. Aircon Technician / 5.5 days / CBD

• Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary range: $2,200 – $3,500
• Perform all preventive and breakdown maintenance for all Aircon equipment.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
• Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior.
• Prepare service reports after every completed job for customer’s endorsement.
• Communicate with clients regarding problems in equipment and post-job reports.
• Any ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor or management.
• Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or related field
• Experience in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboard, and generators
