B2B Inside Sales Expert – an Innovative Global Treasury Solution

Are you a results-oriented B2B Inside Sales professional with a passion for driving growth? We’re searching for a proactive and motivated individual to help us expand a world-class distribution network for a high-security, blockchain-based investment solution. This is a unique opportunity to support mid-sized enterprises around the globe in diversifying their treasury portfolios—especially during times of market uncertainty.

Yes, all of it. We’ll provide the infrastructure, sales support, and tools—free of charge—so you can focus on closing deals and maximizing your earnings.

Our non-custodial architecture ensures clients retain full control over their assets at all times, even in the face of global instability or operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential prospects across global markets.
  2. Proactively engage leads via outbound calls, emails, social channels, and other communication methods.
  3. Understand each prospect’s business needs and explain the benefits of Ethereum staking as a safer, more secure investment—especially with our added ISO-level security on top of decentralization.
  4. Deliver compelling virtual presentations comparing staking returns to traditional instruments.
  5. Manage the full sales cycle, using HubSpot CRM to track and nurture leads.
  6. Stay up to date on blockchain trends, competitors, and market shifts to keep a competitive edge.
  7. Provide regular updates and performance reports to sales leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A proven track record in B2B inside sales, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or financial services.
  2. Experience engaging executive-level decision makers.
  3. Mastery of the full sales cycle—from lead gen to close.
  4. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Genuine passion for blockchain technology and its real-world applications.
  6. Confidence in building remote relationships and trust.
  7. Self-starter mentality with a drive to exceed targets.
  8. Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  9. Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
  10. A degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

Minimal draw. Your commission is continuously the full revenue you generate in the first year. No caps. No gimmicks.
