Participate and support in the conceptualizing of social media strategies to increase fanbase with interactive activities
Support the conceptualization and execution of digital and social media plans and campaigns to reinforce the hotel’s online presence
Liaise with internal stakeholders on the production of design collaterals (F&B, Front Desk, Housekeeping and Engineering)
Assist to conduct media tours and supervise photoshoots and filming whenever necessary
Preparation of press kits/ press releases for media events and media tours
Responsible for providing strategic direction and execution of all communication materials for the assigned portfolios.
Responsible for developing and maintaining content including videos & photographs of the assigned portfolios on company’s website and other owned platforms.
Create various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms – offline and online. Materials includes but not limited to brochures, EDMs, online banners, advertisements, pull up banners, gift cards, corporate gifts, in-house collaterals etc.
Develop and execute social media strategies include content management to promote the respective properties & brand/s assigned in increased awareness and build up the followers’ community.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in content creation, copywriting, or graphic design is a plus.
