About the role

Goldlion Enterprise (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team in the North-East Region. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's financial strategies and objectives. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, budgeting, and reporting, playing a key role in the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the company's daily financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making
3. Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
6. Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the Accounting industry
4. Strong analytical and financial reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
5. Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information
6. Proficient in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
8. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a finance team
