• Experience in leading a Talent Acquisition Team

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of a diverse range of experienced Non-Operator and Operator positions across Asia. This includes:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies and processes to meet current and future business hiring needs, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external candidates and stakeholders
• Managing, motivating, and developing a team of 20+ Talent Advisors across China, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand
• Partnering closely with the Business, Finance & HR Business Partners, Employment Branding, and Administration teams
• Delivering key talent acquisition programs and initiatives in the region
• Identifying areas of opportunity and continuous improvement with a focus on experience and efficiency
• Tracking and measuring against agreed metrics
• Ensuring recruitment adheres to employment laws and regulations
• Taking on a global TABP role for a business function

Requirements

• Delivering proactive solutions for business talent acquisition problems, whether it be strategic roadmap or driving process improvement
• Highly familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process and a good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends
• Managing onsite and regional remote teams in Asia and influencing across roles and levels regionally & globally
• Familiarity with recruitment systems including Workday, SAP, Avature, and Yello, or similar
• Demonstrated project management skills with the successful delivery of TA projects
• Volume hiring as well as niche skill hiring ideally in both manufacturing and technology
• Recruitment experience in Thailand
