Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents e.g. EPV, AOR, Price Schedule, Schedule of rates, tender evaluation, and award.
- Assist in FM maintenance coordination and management of term contractors at sport centres.
- Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
- Take on secretariat role for meetings with consultants (if applicable) and engagement with internal/external stakeholders.
- Review and consolidate FSOR and equipment list.
- Collate IFM requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate efforts of internal stakeholders to migrate from existing contract into IFM format.
- Coordinate market sensing exercise to obtain budgetary estimates from FM service providers.
- Assist to prepare tender documents.
- Evaluate tenderers’ submissions.
- Assist in overseeing the operationalizing aspect of IFM by the FM contractor.
- Sports Centres Facilities Management (FM)
- Assist FM team to check/verify POs, fault assessment, inspect rectification works, and carry out improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management.
- Experience in FM Maintenance and Contract Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts.
- Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal.
- Passion and interest in sport.
