We are looking for Services Trainee Technician to make an impact!

What will you do?

1. To perform field service (customer site service) activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification, onsite training, system upgrade and repair of complex Schneider products.
2. Perform installation supervision and commissioning of Schneider products including day to day service of the same.
3. Perform maintenance for Schneider equipment.
4. Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Schneider products.
5. Represent Schneider dealing with customer concerns.
6. Identify and report failure modes encountered when in the field. Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.
7. Solve site problems at customer sites and provide reports on these issues.
8. Provide 24hrs telephone support for customers.
9. Acquire Customer Service products.
10. Support internal for spare parts warranty, preparation, and assembly.
11. Improve onsite report and process.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

1. Computer literacy and fluent in spoken English.
2. Willing to travel up to 80% within Singapore.
3. Enrolled in the work study diploma.
