Identify potential clients, establish relationships, and generate business leads.
Prepare and present project proposals, tenders, and technical sales presentations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management.
Expand market base and enlarge product range to existing customers.
Promote the company's portfolio, identify and execute new projects, and collaborate with customers.
Ensure timely project completion while meeting management's sales and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Identify and analyze market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering are welcome. Entry level is welcome.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
