Part Time Finance, Admin and HR Executive (Work from Home)
Job description
Key Responsibilities
Grants Management (Quarterly or upon request base on the milestone)
- Track ongoing grants
- Prepare grant submissions and monitor deadlines
Financial Administration (Weekly)
- Process monthly AR/AP, Project accounting, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Support GST submissions and annual tax filings
Subscription & Vendor Management
- Monitor and process payments for utilities, telecommunications, cloud services, and other subscriptions
HR Administration
- Process payroll and intern allowances through HRMS
- Manage employment contracts and certification renewals
General Administration
- Coordinate facility maintenance
- Manage office equipment and email accounts
- Handle company bookkeeping tasks
- Liaise with government agencies and corporate sector partners
- Complete additional administrative work as assigned
