Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team, specializing in both temporary and permanent placements. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, and contribute to business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering recruitment solutions and possess their own client network or the ability to establish one.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
  2. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Ensure all placements align with client requirements and organizational standards.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  6. Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  7. Leverage personal networks and industry connections to bring in new clients.
  8. Create and execute strategic plans to expand service offerings to current and potential clients.
  9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  10. Share market intelligence and best practices with the team to enhance overall performance.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment system.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with expertise in both temporary and permanent placements.
  2. Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent markets, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Established client relationships and a personal network of contacts in relevant industries are highly preferred.
  7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
