We are seeking an Operations Executive with excellent communication and coordination skills to join our team. Your role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of our operations side, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. You’ll need to be organized, meticulous, self-motivated, and resourceful.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle day-to-day operational tasks including routine site visits, deployment schedules & duty rosters, handling client inquiries, onboarding, interviews, etc. to ensure operational smoothness and efficiency.
  2. Lead and manage the team of general workers.
  3. Respond and coordinate in emergency situations such as short manpower, client complaints, conflicts, etc.
  4. Attend regular meetings with clients, vendors, and internal staff if needed.
  5. Ensure timely submission of reports & claims and issuing property items.
  6. Plan, coordinate schedules, and monitor the deployment sheet.
  7. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, and provide good customer service.
  8. Handle inquiries from our clients, visitors, vendors and resolve issues effectively.
  9. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, internal and external stakeholders to enhance the firm’s reputation and business opportunities.
  10. Supervise and assess the work performance of the general workers on a daily deployment basis, to ensure the service delivery of operational needs is in accordance with the contractual requirement.
  11. Work closely with the Operations Manager for overall direction, coordination, and implementation of operation projects.
  12. Collaborate with the Operational team and HR team, to gather necessary information, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  13. Be responsive to calls and emails from team members, clients, vendors, etc.
  14. Perform any other jobs assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Strictly open to Singaporeans and P.R (due to no quota).
  2. Minimum 'O' or 'N' Level / ITE / Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  3. At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, business support or relevant fields.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  7. Interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders of different levels.
  8. Team player to support management and reporters.
  9. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
