Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating learning through well thought-out classroom activities.
2. Developing lesson plans and creating a classroom environment that is safe, joyful, and conducive to learning.
3. Ensuring the delivery of activities and lessons.
4. Engaging parents actively by providing updates on their children’s development, establishing two-way and regular communication through various modes such as face-to-face, e-mails, parent portals, and written communication.
5. Partnering with fellow teammates in the center and working together on shared goals to establish LSH as a high-quality preschool provider.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education, or a Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
