Operation Executive

Yongan International Financial (Singapore) is hiring a Operation Executive role to expand our growing business within the industry. You will be part of our Operations team, to support areas include Trade Settlements and Clearing, Reconciliation of Trades, Client Support and Regulatory Reporting.

Job Description:

1. Trade Settlements and Clearing: Oversee the settlement process for trades, ensuring all trades are cleared promptly and accurately through the relevant clearing house.
2. Reconciliation: Regularly perform reconciliation of trades to ensure that the entries in the back-end system match the trades in trading system, and make sure that the back-end system statements match with the broker side.
3. Client Support and Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding trades, settlement, and other inquiries. Ensure client satisfaction and manage relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.
4. Technology and Systems Management: Work with IT departments to manage and optimize trading and operational systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing new technologies.
5. Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as compliance, accounting, and front office, to ensure cohesive operation and alignment with company’s objectives.
6. Reporting: Prepare and review reports for SGX or MAS.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
• At least 2 years working experience, excellent skills with MS Office.
• Able to work in a team and individually with minimum guidance.
• Highly initiative with a willingness to learn.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
