Cargo Community Network Pte Ltd (CCN) is a market leader in providing collaborative and integrated applications for the air cargo industry. CCN was founded in 1991 with its headquarters located in Singapore. Since then, CCN has presence in more than 15 countries with a strong network of communities comprising of freight forwarders, airlines, ground handling agents, customs and more. Our web-based community platform fosters global collaboration, information sharing, and business opportunities.

We are currently recruiting a UI/UX Designer/Engineer to join our exciting project, CUBEforall. This platform aims to enhance collaboration within the global air cargo community by offering cost-effective mass-digitalization opportunities through a large user base, rich datasets, and varied service providers. Key features include booking, shipment visibility, dangerous goods management, AI-based per-shipment insurance, cross-border declarations, sustainability initiatives, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or Technology-related field
• 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in technology, air cargo, or logistics
• Experience in managing digital products and services is an added advantage
• Proficiency with digital tools for creating documentation, prototypes, and mockups
• Agile mindset and adaptability to change
• Excellent work attitude, resourcefulness, creativity, and willingness to learn
