Within the Aviation domain, Egis has several Air Traffic Management projects ongoing in the Asia Pacific region and aims to expand. We are looking to reinforce our team with a centralized Asia competency center based in Singapore.

You will be in charge of supporting our customers in the overall design of complex safety-critical systems, writing requirements for those systems depending on our customers’ needs, as well as performing client-facing activities. This role will require good knowledge in ATM systems/architecture, as well as system engineering. It will also imply interacting with multiple stakeholders to contribute to the development of both current and future Air Traffic Management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• High-level system design to meet customer business and operational needs.
• Requirements specification.
• Design and implementation of verification and validation activities.
• Review and validation of any data provided by suppliers in support of the safety arguments.
• Support regulatory approvals and certification activity.
• Support audits carried out by the quality assurance team.
• Liaising with clients and realizing the customer’s objectives.

Profile

Education and Training

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science or above awarded by a tertiary institution in any part of the world or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Experience

• At least 3 - 6 years of post-qualification experience in the field of systems engineering.
• A proven experience in system design, system engineering, or software engineering, ideally applied to the Air Traffic Management sector.
• A good overall understanding of key benefits and weaknesses of different technical design options and a broad understanding of technology architecture and design options.
• Ability to understand customer interaction, needs, and operations, and how these translate into requirements and design for assistance.
• A proven track record of working on a complex program.
