Job Description

1. To efficiently handle cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately and promptly, and maintaining a tidy and organised checkout area.
2. To provide courteous and professional assistance to customers by offering information on merchandise unique selling points, features, and benefits.
3. To manage merchandise replenishment, transfers, or returns efficiently.
4. To maintain an attractive and organised sales environment to enhance customer experience by conducting routine checks on merchandise displays, arrangement, fixtures, and sales area and ensure adherence to housekeeping standards.
5. To execute other duties as required, including but not limited to requisitioning signage, gift-wrapping, following up on alterations, repairs, reservations, deliveries, etc.
6. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time.
