Team Overview:
The Mission Control organization is part of the Aladdin Product Group Platforms Team at BlackRock. It is responsible for the Aladdin client experience through a hub for operational support and control across our core investment systems.
Who we are looking for:
An Incident and Problem Manager to join the Service Management team. A person who has a passion for technical troubleshooting and can direct a team through multiple simultaneous incidents. This role involves identifying trends and being a problem solver with a proficiency in quickly learning new technologies and proprietary systems.
A successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of incidents through leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all incidents including investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls. Someone who can form collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles, and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed.
