Junior / Senior / Chief Embryologist #HJX (NEW and UPCOMING IVF CLINIC)

For Junior / Senior Embryo:

• Perform all aspects of in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures, including oocyte retrieval, insemination, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
• Conduct sperm preparation and cryopreservation of gametes and embryos.
• Monitor and assess embryo development using advanced imaging and assessment techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and patient data.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines, including those set by the Ministry of Health, Singapore.
• Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing research and development projects to improve ART techniques and outcomes.

For Chief Embryo:

• Assist the Clinical Governance Officer in the day-to-day technical management of the embryology lab.
• Supervise, train, and guide personnel under the charge of the chief embryologist in conducting tests or procedures in the embryology lab.
• Assess and ensure the competency of each personnel deployed to perform tasks in the embryology lab.
• Evaluate any test or equipment before it is used in the provision of the assisted reproduction service.
• Monitor the performance of all tests or procedures carried out in the embryology lab, including ensuring the implementation of quality control measures.
• Establish and review policies and procedures for the safe and effective performance of all tests or procedures carried out in the embryology lab.
• Review all service records in relation to the tests or procedures carried out in the embryology lab.
