Automation Technician (FMCG)

Job Scope:

As a Maintenance Technician, the role will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automation systems to ensure smooth operations. This role requires expertise in automated systems, electrical and mechanical repairs, and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular maintenance and inspections of automation systems.
2. Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
3. Assist with installation and testing of new systems.
4. Maintain maintenance and repair records.
5. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues.
6. Follow safety and quality standards.
7. Stay updated on automation advancements.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Nitec with 3-5 years of warehouse automation experience.
2. Proficiency in English (oral and written).
3. Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and robotic systems is a plus.
4. Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
