Product Manager - Digital Asset

Responsibilities:

• Analyse market trends and user needs to propose innovative product solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy and drive the implementation of Web3-related user cases.
• Help manage the entire product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, planning, design, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with development, design, business development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely product delivery.
• Monitor product performance data and continuously optimize user experience and functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
• 7 years+ of experience as a product manager in banking or digital asset product field.
• Knowledge or strong interest in crypto exchanges, wallets, or related products.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments and solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills for decision-making.
