Job Scope:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Review & standardize all customer service replies to maintain a consistently high-quality service standard
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels & identify areas for improvement
  • Motivate team members to hit KPIs
  • Brainstorm ideas to improve chat quality & customer experience
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission
  • Provide training & exams to the customer service team
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to bring in more new leads
  • Roster planning
  • Foster a teamwork culture

Requirement:

  • At least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
