Job Scope:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Review & standardize all customer service replies to maintain a consistently high-quality service standard
Monitor customer satisfaction levels & identify areas for improvement
Motivate team members to hit KPIs
Brainstorm ideas to improve chat quality & customer experience
Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused on that mission
Provide training & exams to the customer service team
Coordinate with the marketing team to bring in more new leads
Roster planning
Foster a teamwork culture
Requirement:
At least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of management practices and techniques
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
