Support/facilitate the day-to-day operations of the various assigned functional areas in the hospital. This includes budgeting, recruitment, strategic planning, setting key performance indicators, etc.
Analyse, design and implement improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness that are in line with the strategic directions of the organisation.
Work in collaboration with doctors, nurses, and staff from other departments to maintain high standards of patient care, customer service, and processes.
Assist in developing, implementing, and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and work processes to create seamless, hassle-free, and efficient service.
Identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines, where applicable.
Support and participate in improvement projects with the aim to cut waste and increase value for the customers.
Ensure sections’ performances and directions are in line with the organization’s KPIs.
Prepare feasibility studies for new services and papers for management approvals as needed.
Perform all other tasks and duties as directed.
Job Requirements
Recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in process engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant healthcare experience, with 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong in process re-engineering.
Good team player.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
An eye for detail and a high level of initiative.
Service-oriented and customer-focused.
Able to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and meet deliverables.
