Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Controls Engineer to drive automation improvements in our high-tech manufacturing environment. This role will focus on optimizing control systems, troubleshooting automation challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.

Job Description:

• Develop and refine control system software to enhance automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with mechanical and production teams to ensure seamless equipment integration and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead software upgrades and control system enhancements, from testing to full-scale implementation.
• Conduct training sessions to equip teams with the technical know-how to maintain and operate automated equipment effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize machine performance and production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and control system design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting automation challenges.
