Accounts Receivable Executive

About the role

As the Accounts Receivable Executive at Boon Poh Refuse Disposal Pte. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes. This full-time role is based in the Tai Seng North-East Region and is a crucial part of the Finance team, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and monitoring customer invoices and payments
• Sending out payment reminders and following up on overdue accounts
• Maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable in the company's financial systems
• Resolving billing inquiries and disputes with customers
• Analysing accounts receivable data and providing reports to management
• Collaborating with the Sales and Accounts teams to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts
• Adhering to company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A team player with a proactive and customer-focused approach
