Human Resources Executive

Our client is a MNC listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore with businesses spanning across different continents.

The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Group HR; this role supports the HR function with a primary focus on global recruitment and employment branding. The HR Business Partner will help develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and enhance the organisation's external and internal employer brand.

The ideal candidate has foundational HR knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating positive candidate experiences. This position requires occasional domestic and international travel to attend career fairs, campus events, and other branding initiatives in support of a global hiring scope.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, HR, recruitment, or related roles is preferred.
3. Ability to speak Mandarin and communicate in Chinese as there is a requirement to interact with Mandarin speaking stakeholders in overseas subsidiaries
4. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital recruitment strategies, especially in a global context.
5. High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality.
6. Proactive, self-driven approach with attention to detail.
7. Passion for creating positive candidate and employee experiences.
8. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for recruitment-related events.
9. Ideally with manufacturing / logistics industry experience
10. Position is based in Tuas area
