Marketing Executive

We are looking for candidates who can build The Garcha Group brand digitally on all platforms leading to direct measurable revenue for all hotel rooms and F&B outlets.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone as well as the look & feel of all communication.
2. Create and execute a social media calendar for daily content on social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
3. Create and execute an EDM schedule.
4. Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott, and OTA channels within 24 hours.
5. Initiate and maintain a yearly schedule of events for marketing campaigns.
6. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns both room-side and F&B at the property level, enabling more customized and need-based marketing.
7. Create and organize photography, videography, and associated editing for all marketing needs.
8. Maintain and update Marriott and "vanity" hotel and F&B websites' content to ensure all communication is up-to-date and on brand.
9. Create and ensure version control of all graphic collateral assets in all departments of all hotels and F&B.
10. Coordinate PR events with and independently from the PR company, and continue relationships/partnerships.
11. Assess, recommend, and develop relationships with influencers through a planned schedule of invitations to hotel inspections and hosted events.
12. Respond to all emails within 24 hours regarding any marketing and influencer opportunities.
13. Stay updated with online, above the line, below the line market trends and new developments.
14. Actively monitor competitors' online, above the line, below the line marketing programs.
15. Identify other online marketing opportunities to increase brand and hotel awareness from time to time.
16. Drive traffic and conversion for the F&B dining venues website, ensuring offers are relevant to the market and produce results.
17. Maintain and update website content to ensure brand standards and web audit goals are met.
18. Create awareness and visibility of the F&B website through Search Engine Optimization and Display Media.
19. Ensure optimal utilization of Marriott digital tools and channels to maximize marketing coverage.
20. Manage social media channels to build brand reputation and loyalty through relevant and engaging content that is brand compliant.
21. Ensure the hotel meets Marriott’s social media measurement goals.
22. Develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase the hotel’s presence and participation.

Other Projects/Responsibilities:

• Identify online marketing opportunities to increase property visibility and awareness.
• Keep abreast of online market trends and new developments.
• Actively monitor competitors’ pricing and marketing programs.
• Support and give advice on any related digital/online initiatives.
• Develop an annual digital marketing strategy for the hotel.
• Produce videos and/or prints for media marketing purposes.
