HR Recruiter (No Experience required as daily training is provided) #NJH

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle of recruitment process, from selection and screening of job applicants, matching them to the suitable roles, arranging interviews, administering letters of offer, and some aspects of onboarding and payroll administration.
• Liaise with corporate clients to understand and assist in their hiring needs.
• Manage contracts and service agreements.
• Participate in daily training; no prior experience is necessary.
• Work location in Orchard, in a team-based environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, or Sciences.
• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• High energy, team player, and people-oriented.
