Job Responsibilities:

• Support LNA end to end lifecycle, including data collection, analysis and recommendation of interventions. Manage implementation of existing training plans, budgets and programs for continuous improvement to meet changing business needs.
• Identify organization competency gaps challenges and implement interventions to address employee skill gaps, both technical and management levels.
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs to orientate and induct new hires on company culture and processes.
• Coordinate internship programs and manage Intern to cultivate and identify emerging talent.
• Prepare and generate periodic training and internship status reports for management review. Provide analytics if required to support management decision making.
• Engage stakeholders on a regular basis to understand needs and identify development plans to improve employee competency.
• Participate in ad-hoc training projects and internship initiatives, ensuring timely and successful implementation of strategic L&D initiatives.
• Foster strong working relationships with internal partners including HR Business Partners and external training vendors to enhance program quality and reach.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in L&D.
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
