Service Engineer (Medical Device) - Up to 3.5 #HHL

Job Description:

1. Arrange service visits, installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and relocations on-site.
2. Set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.
3. Conduct equipment familiarization training for users.
4. Answer service inquiries and attend user meetings.
5. Install and commission new equipment at customer sites.
6. Promote customer satisfaction within the service team.
7. Handle service administration tasks including preparing quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
8. Arrange spare parts from suppliers and manage delivery/collection of repair items.
9. Deliver new equipment to customers and pursue outstanding debts.
10. Send faulty parts to vendors for testing and provide technical information and quality reports to the Principal.

Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in engineering / biomedical engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience as a service engineer.
- Prior experience in medical device service is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable, and resourceful.
