Event Manager (Retail In-House Role; Preferably with Event Agency Background)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Event Manager to lead the conceptualization, execution, and implementation of events for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in designing and delivering innovative events that align with the company’s brand and objectives. This role requires strong collaboration across teams, effective vendor management, and ensuring the flawless delivery of events.

Job Details

1. Permanent position with comprehensive benefits (AL, Medical leave, medical benefits, Bonus etc)
2. Working days and hours: Monday to Friday; Office hours
3. Leading a small team

Key Responsibilities

1. Brainstorm and develop creative event ideas and themes that align with the company’s branding and marketing goals.
2. Conduct research on market trends and audience preferences to design engaging and relevant events.
3. Develop comprehensive event plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
4. Manage all logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
5. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure events align with company objectives.
6. Oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring smooth execution at every stage.
7. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for seamless delivery of services.
8. Supervise on-site operations, including setup, event flow, and dismantling activities.
9. Innovate and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to enhance the impact and success of events.
10. Explore and adopt new technologies or creative formats to improve event experiences.
11. Track and evaluate event success using predefined KPIs.
12. Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvement.

Key Qualifications

1. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in event management, preferably with an event service provider.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
3. Strong creative thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. High attention to detail in planning and execution.
6. Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
