Chief Financial Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and focus on the entire IPO process and support for any other IPO-related activities.
• Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance with CPA, ISCA, ACCA preferred.
• Experience working in Nasdaq/SGX-listed company or led the IPO process is a must.
• Strong finance-based analytical skills.
• 7 - 10 years of finance experience.
• Forward thinking mindset.
• "Hands-on" and strong appetite to work in a fast-growth environment and is self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and possess an entrepreneurial mindset and capability.
