Job description
  1. Manage all incoming shipments: Prepare purchase requests, estimate landed costs, and create purchase orders.
  2. Monitor shipment status: Provide timely updates to the sales team and customers, and prepare VAT/import documentation for customs clearance.
  3. Coordinate with factories and manage shipments: Oversee communication with factories, coordinate goods shipment, handle customs clearance with agencies to avoid extra charges, and work with the warehouse team for unloading and receiving imports.
  4. Handle sample requests: Collect samples from suppliers, prepare and input related data into the system, and track the status of samples.
  5. Monitor foreign trade receipts: Compile statistics on trade receipts and follow up on payment statuses for orders.
  6. Oversee warehouse operations: Manage daily warehouse activities, ensure the condition of goods, and reconcile physical stock with the ERP system.
  7. Process customer purchase orders: Record orders in the ERP system, arrange deliveries, check payment statuses, and follow up with sellers and customers.
  8. Coordinate outbound warehouse activities: Work with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and packing based on delivery requests.
  9. Manage delivery services: Ensure goods are delivered to customers in good condition, meeting requested delivery times and other requirements.
  10. Assist sellers with inventory and orders: Monitor inventory movement, remind sellers about slow-moving stock, and follow up with customers on repeat orders.
  11. Perform additional tasks as assigned: Complete other transactional tasks as directed by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above,

2. Graduates majoring in logistics management, international trade and Business English are preferred.

3. Priority given to those with experience in tracking large customers, foreign trade, and freight forwarding.

4. Proficient in English, familiar with daily communication foreign languages, able to communicate fluently with foreign clients.

5. Proficient in using office software such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT, etc;

6. Have a spirit of teamwork and mutual assistance, and be able to closely cooperate and collaborate with relevant departments.

7. Clear, meticulous, and organized thinking.

8. Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, positive and upright attitude.
