  • Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for a Call Centre Agent

The Opportunity

  • Focus: Customer Service - Call/Contact Centre Experience
  • Office location: Central
  • 44hrs per week/ 5.5 days work shift
  • Must be able to work weekends/ public holiday on rotating schedule
  • Comfortable to work night shift

The Talent

  • Minimum O Levels graduate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience is preferred.

The Job

  • Handle first level enquiries, primarily incoming calls through our hotlines or other channels such as email which is public facing, advising on issues.
  • Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
  • Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback.
  • Handle responses via the Chatbot and be able to manage stress from answering calls from members of the public.
  • Handle emails as assigned by the team leader.
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the team leader.
